The "Industrial Process" division arises from the acquisition of the engineering division of CMG company whose experience inherited by TM.E. increased its know-how and enriched the offer supplied to the market.
TM.E. provides solutions for a wide range of industry, as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Coatings, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Metallurgical, Foundry, Printing, Adhesives, Textile, Food, Electronics, Special Applications.
The main products:
- Solutions for waste-gas, acid gas or process air treatment in order to achieve required emission limits by thermal oxidizers (TO or RTO or CATOX); if necessary complete with energy recovery section (steam, superheated water, diathermic oil, air preheating) and flue gas treatment (DeSOx, DeNOx, caustic scrubbers, etc.)
- Solutions for waste gas or air pollution control using SCRUBBERS (acid, basic) to comply with emissions standards
- Solutions for solvent or hydrocarbon recovery from gaseous or liquid streams (activated carbon recovery plants with steam regeneration and batch or continuous distillation plants) in order to achieve recovery efficiency up to 99%
- Odor abatement plants complete with capture and ventilation systems to comply with emissions limits
- Plants for hazardous liquid treatment by incineration to comply with emission limits; if necessary complete with energy recovery section (steam, superheated water, thermal oil, air preheating) and flue gas treatment (DeSOx, DeNOx, caustic scrubbers, etc.)
- Complete plants for solvent-based adhesive production (preparation reactors, storage and dosing systems)
